Sunset Villa opened in 1987 and Sunrise Villa opened in 1991. They are located in the Town of Legal, 25 minutes north of St. Albert on highway #2. The Sturgeon Hospital is in St. Albert and provides 24 hour emergency services.
Each building is a single story fourplex consisting of 4 suites each (8 total) with private front and back entrances. Each suite is approximately 621 square feet consisting of a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, full 3-piece bathroom and storage area. Fridge, stove, washer, dryer and window coverings are provided in each suite.
Basic yard maintenance is provided which includes lawn care and snow removal.
Sunrise and Sunset Villas are non-smoking facilities.
