Sunset Manor opened in 1981 and Sunridge Manor opened in 1984. They are located in Bon Accord, a short 15 minute driving distance from Edmonton on highway #28 and within minutes from Gibbons (6 kms).

Each building is a single story fourplex consisting of 4 suites (8 total). Each suite has its own private front and back entrances with steps leading into them. They are approximately 600 square feet consisting of a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, full 3-piece bathroom and storage area. Fridge, stove, washer, dryer and window coverings are provided in each suite.

Basic yard maintenance is provided which includes lawn care and snow removal.

The Manors are non-smoking facilities.
