Pine Crest Gardens opened in 1983 and is located in the Town of Gibbons only 20 minutes north of Edmonton on highway #28.
Pine Crest Gardens is a low-rise apartment building which contains 18 suites. Each suite is approximately 600 square feet with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, full 3-piece bathroom and storage area. Fridge, stove and window coverings are provided in each suite. There is a main entry with an intercom system, hallways, a common area, tenant laundry room, public washroom and a kitchen area available for functions
Basic yard maintenance is provided which includes lawn care and snow removal, and housekeeping maintains the common areas of the building.
Pine Crest Gardens is a non-smoking facility.
