Lions Manor opened in 1983 and is located in the town of Morinville, only 10 minutes north of St. Albert on highway #2. The Sturgeon Hospital is in St. Albert and provides 24 hour emergency services.
Lions Manor is a single story apartment building consisting of 8 suites. Each suite is approximately 480 square feet with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, full 3-piece bathroom and storage area. Fridge, stove and window coverings are provided in each suite. There is a main entry with an intercom system, a common area, and a tenant laundry room
Basic yard maintenance is provided which includes lawn care and snow removal, and housekeeping maintains the common areas of the building.
Lions Manor is a non-smoking facility.
