Heritage Place 6-Plex opened in 1979 and is located in the town of Morinville, only 10 minutes north of St. Albert on highway #2. The Sturgeon Hospital is in St. Albert and provides 24 hour emergency services.
The 6-Plex is a single story apartment building consisting of 6 suites. Each suite has a back entrance into a small yard and is approximately 480 square feet with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, full 3-piece bathroom and storage area. Fridge, stove and window coverings are provided in each suite. There is an entry intercom system and a tenant laundry room.
Tenants can participate in the community services and activities provided by Heritage Place Lodge, which is located adjacent to the self-contained suites.
Heritage Place 6-Plex is a non-smoking facility.
