Chateau Mission Court opened in 1980 and was renovated in 1999. It consists of 53 apartments in a combined building containing wings for both self-contained apartments and lodge units (42). It is located in the heart of St. Albert within walking distance of downtown amenities and has access to the paved river valley walking paths. It is close to the Sturgeon Hospital with 24 hour emergency services.
The building has a secure entry intercom system. Each suite is approximately 432 square feet consisting of a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, full 3-piece bathroom and storage area. Fridge, stove and window coverings are provided in each suite. Tenant laundry facilities are available to tenants.
Tenants can participate in the community services and activities provided by the lodge. There is a beautiful landscaped yard with two inside courtyards for the tenants' enjoyment.
Chateau Mission Court is a non-smoking facility and smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking lounge available in the Lodge.
